Parental or legal guardian consent for participants under 16 entering the Talent Competition, launched in celebration of the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games.

I understand participation is voluntary and free of charge, and entries may be submitted in any language and with any level of production quality.

I have explained the guidelines to the participant in a way they understand, and they wish to take part.

I understand entries will be reviewed under UTS Safeguarding Policies before any publication.

4Media & content release

If selected, the entry, including name, age (year only), country, city, and talent description, may be:

Shared on official UTS social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Featured on the UTS website and Rise of Teranga story archive
Used in UTS promotional materials and press coverage for the Competition and Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games
Featured in the Global Wall of Talent, Country/Continental Showcases, or Games-time programming
Used by UTS partners, federations, and Olympic stakeholders to promote the Competition

UTS will credit the participant by first name and country where shared, and will never publish a home address, exact location, or other identifying contact details.

I consent to UTS using the entry and associated content as described above, royalty-free and worldwide, for the Competition and its legacy archive.

I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time in writing, and UTS will remove the content from future use within a reasonable timeframe.

5Safeguarding & wellbeing

UTS will not publish content that appears unsafe, inappropriate, or that could put the participant at risk.
You can request removal of the entry from public channels at any time.
Concerns can be raised directly with the UTS team at admin@uts.sport.
